Digital Marketing

Digital marketing that brings the right people in.

Marketing that helps the right people find you, choose you and come back.

Who it's for

  1. Word of mouth is the whole plan

Most customers heard about you from someone else. That's a good business. It is not a plan for a slow month.

  2. The ads didn't pay

Money went in. A report came back full of clicks. The phone didn't ring, or it rang with the wrong people.

  3. The regulars go quiet

You did the job, they were happy, and then nothing. No note, no reason to book again, no review.

How we market

More of the right people. Not more noise.

We start with where customers actually come from. Then we spend on the few places that can bring more of them. A channel that doesn't pay its way gets cut.

What's included

Everything the
job needs.

A fixed first stretch, so you can see the work. After that it runs month to month, and you can stop. The accounts stay in your name.

Digital Marketing

  1. Local search

The listing, the phrases, and the pages that should be found for what you sell nearby.

  2. Ads with a job

Search or social, pointed at one offer, with the clicks that will never buy turned off.

  3. Email and text

Messages to people who already said yes, sent with the appropriate consent or lawful basis, so the next job isn't left to chance.

  4. Reviews

Asked at the right moment, answered when they're rough, and visible where people decide.

  5. The words that earn the click

Written for the search and the offer. Not a content calendar with nothing behind it.

  6. A monthly note

What happened, what changed, and what we're doing next. Plain language. No dashboard homework.

Price agreed before we begin. Anything outside this board is quoted separately, never assumed.

Under the surface

What the spend
is actually for.

The ad is the part you notice. The cost is also the offer, the page it lands on, the follow-up, and a note you can read without a glossary.

Found nearby

The customer is usually close, on a phone, and in a hurry.

  • The same details everywhere

Name, hours, phone, and what you actually sell. The same on the site, the listing, and the directories.

  • Searches you can win

The phrases a customer would type. Not the ones that sound impressive and never get searched.

  • A page for the offer

An ad that dumps people on the homepage is a tax. They land where the offer is.

  • Reviews that are real

Asked after a good job. Answered when they aren't. Never bought.

  • A pin in the right place

Hours that are true, and a map pin where you actually are. Mismatches cost local searches.

  • Pictures of the work

The thing you do, not a stock photo of a handshake. A few real pictures beat a full feed of none.

Money with a job

We don't buy traffic for the sake of a chart. Every dollar has a job, and we stop the ones that don't do it.

  • A budget you set

We'll say what a useful test costs in your market. You decide what goes in. There is no minimum we invented to sound serious.

  • One offer at a time

One thing to do. Not five services fighting for the same small square.

  • The wrong clicks, off

Places, hours, and searches that will never buy from you. Turned off, not explained away.

  • The list you already have

People who bought are worth more than a stranger's click. Email and text go to them first.

  • A reason to return

A note after the job. A reminder when it's time again. Not a newsletter for its own sake.

  • Stop what only makes reports

If a channel cannot be tied to real enquiries or sales, we recommend cutting it.

A note you can read

If you need a glossary, it isn't a report. Once a month, on one page.

  • Where they came from

The source, in words. Search, an ad, a listing, someone who already knew you.

  • What they did

Called, booked, bought, or left. Not a pile of clicks with no ending.

  • What we changed

And why. A sentence, not a screenshot of a dashboard.

  • What we left alone

The channels we looked at and didn't spend on. That's part of the work.

  • Next month, on one page

What continues, what stops, and the one thing we're testing.

  • Accounts in your name

The ads, the listing, the list. If we part ways, the history stays with you.

How it goes

Four phases.
Then we keep going.

There isn't a launch day. An ad can move in weeks. Search usually takes longer. We'll say which is which before any money is spent.

  1. Phase 1

    The picture

Where customers come from now, what's already working, and what we should leave alone.

  2. Phase 2

    The offer

One clear reason to choose you, and the page or the message it lives on.

  3. Phase 3

    The first bets

The channels worth trying. A budget you set. A way to tell if a person actually arrived.

  4. Phase 4

    Keep or cut

What continues, what stops, and a note every month in plain language.

Good fit if…

  • You depend on word of mouth alone
  • You've paid for ads and couldn't tell what they did
  • Happy customers disappear after the job

What you leave with

  • A clear picture of where customers come from
  • One offer a stranger can understand
  • Listings and pages that match what you sell
  • Ads with a job, and a budget you set
  • A monthly note, and accounts that stay in your name

Questions

Asked often.

Do you offer local SEO?

Yes. Listings, the phrases people nearby would search, and pages that match what you sell. Local search is usually where we start for Niagara businesses.

Can you run Google or social ads?

Yes, when ads have a clear job. Search or social, pointed at one offer, with a budget you set. Channels that only produce reports get cut.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

No number we invented to sound serious. We'll tell you what a useful test costs in your market, and you decide. If the number doesn't make sense, we say so before you spend it.

How soon will I see results?

Ads can move in weeks. Search usually takes longer, and anyone who promises a ranking by a date is guessing. We'll say which is which before we start.

Do I need a new website first?

Not always. If the site can't explain the offer or take the enquiry, ads will make that obvious and expensive. We'll tell you before any money is spent.

Do I have to sign up for a year?

No. The first stretch is fixed, so you can see the work. After that it continues month to month, and you can stop. The accounts and the list stay yours either way.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. We work in them. If we stop, you keep the history, the ads, and the list.

What if someone is already posting?

We don't replace a feed for the sake of it. If it's bringing customers, we leave it. If it's a calendar with nothing behind it, we'll say that too.
